Sunny Banana Pie

Ingredients

• 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
• 2 bananas very ripe
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 2 c milk
• 1 3 14 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
• 12 c coconut flaked

Directions

1. Slice bananas into crust Gradually add 12 cup milk to softened cream cheese mixing until well blended
2. Add pudding mix and rest of milk
3. Beat slowly 1 minute
4. Pour into crust and chill Garnish with toasted coconut
