Sunset Cherry Pie
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
- 1 8 oz can pineapple tidbits well drained
- 1 8 oz container frozen whipped topping thawed
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
Directions
- Combine cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer mixing until well blended
- Stir in 1 cup pie filling and 14 cup pineapple
- Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture
- Pour into crust
- Top with remaining pie filling and pineapple
- Chill until firm
- Yields 6 to 8 servings
