Sunset Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkg raspberry gelatin
- 1 pkg lemon gelatin
- 1 12 c boiling water
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 2 bananas
- 14 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water add cranberry sauce while still hot
- Stir or whip until dissolved
- If you prefer a smoother salad put cranberry sauce through food processor Chill until syrupy Dice bananas and fold into gelatin with nuts Pour into molds
- Chill well
- Serves 8
