Sunshine Carrots

Ingredients

• 14 c plus 2 Tbsp orange juice
• 14 c maple-flavored syrup
• 2 Tbsp orange marmalade
• 2 16 oz cans small whole carrots drained

Directions

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan
2. Bring to a boil stirring constantly
3. Add carrots
4. Return to a boil Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes
5. Serves 6
