Sunshine Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon Jell-O
- 1 c hot water
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c grated carrot
- 13 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Drain pineapple reserve juice
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup
- Add to Jell-O
- Add salt and vinegar
- Chill until partially set
