Super Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 12 c coarsely chopped carrots
- 12 c chopped celery
- 34 c boiling water
- 14 c chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp margarine
- 14 c flour
- 2 c milk
- 1 13 12 oz can chicken broth
- 1 12 c Velveeta shredded
Directions
- Cook carrots and celery in boiling water until tender do not drain
- Cook onion in margarine until just tender
- Stir in flour Gradually add milk
- Cook and stir until thick
- Add broth cheese and vegetables
- Stir over low heat until cheese melts Makes 6 servings
