Super Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage large
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bell pepper
- 34 c sugar or to taste
- 1 c vinegar
- 34 c salad oil
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp celery seed
Directions
- Shred cabbage in bowl
- Next layer shredded onion and shredded bell pepper Sprinkle sugar to cover top
- Do not stir
- Bring other ingredients to a boil
- Pour over cabbage while hot Refrigerate overnight
- Do not stir until ready to serve Serves 12
- Stays fresh and crisp 9 to 10 days
