Super Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 2 lb bag frozen hash brown potatoes shredded not diced
- 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 2 c crushed corn flakes
Directions
- Mix hash brown potatoes grated Cheddar cheese and chopped onion together
- Mix sour cream soup and melted margarine together
- Combine potato mixture and soup mixture in large bowl Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over the top
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- Everyone loves it
