Super Moist Cranberry Bread
Ingredients
- 4 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c sugar
- 2 12 c cranberries
- grated rind of 1 orange
- 2 eggs beaten
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 c orange juice
- 4 Tbsp hot water
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl and add orange rind
- Combine orange juice melted butter and hot water
- Add dry ingredients and eggs and mix
- Lastly add nuts and cranberries
- Put in 2 greased bread pans and bake at 350 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes
- Wrap in wax paper while hot and put in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving
- Can be frozen
