Super Seafood Supper
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb cooked cleaned shrimp
- 12 lb sea legs
- 12 lb scallops
- 2 c thinly sliced celery
- 1 c thinly sliced green pepper
- 1 c thinly sliced onion
- 14 c butter
- 14 c coarsely chopped pimento
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 c light cream
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp salt and dash of pepper
- 1 qt cooked rice
- 2 4 oz cans mushrooms
- 12 c dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Cook
- celery
- green pepper and onion
- in
- butter
- until partially cooked
- Combine these with seafood and pimentoMix sour cream light cream lemon juice and
- seasonings
- in
- small bowl
- Combine 34 cup cream mixture riceand
- drained mushrooms Spread rice mixture evenly in well greased 15x
- 9 x 2-inch
- baking
- dish
- Place seafood mixture ontop
- of
- rice mixture
- Pour remaining 14 cup of cream mixture over seafood Combine
- bread
- crumbs
- with remaining
- butter
- Sprinkle
- over casserole and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350
- May be prepared a day
