Super Seafood Supper

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb cooked cleaned shrimp
  • 12 lb sea legs
  • 12 lb scallops
  • 2 c thinly sliced celery
  • 1 c thinly sliced green pepper
  • 1 c thinly sliced onion
  • 14 c butter
  • 14 c coarsely chopped pimento
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1 c light cream
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 tsp salt and dash of pepper
  • 1 qt cooked rice
  • 2 4 oz cans mushrooms
  • 12 c dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

Directions

  1. Cook

  3. green pepper and onion
  4. in
  5. butter
  6. until partially cooked
  7. Combine these with seafood and pimentoMix sour cream light cream lemon juice and
  8. seasonings
  9. in
  10. small bowl
  11. Combine 34 cup cream mixture riceand
  12. drained mushrooms Spread rice mixture evenly in well greased 15x
  13. 9 x 2-inch
  14. baking
  15. dish
  16. Place seafood mixture ontop
  17. of
  18. rice mixture
  19. Pour remaining 14 cup of cream mixture over seafood Combine
  20. bread
  21. crumbs
  22. with remaining
  23. butter
  24. Sprinkle
  25. over casserole and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350
  26. May be prepared a day
  27. aheadand
  28. refrigerated
  29. Allow
  30. 30minutes
  31. additional cooking time if refrigerated
