  • 1 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 1 12 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 34 tsp salt
  • 13 c dried bread crumbs
  • 12 lb Cheddar cheese shredded

  1. In 5-quart Dutch oven over high heat heat water cauliflower and frozen green beans to boiling Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until tender Remove vegetables discard water
