Sure-Jell Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

• 2 c crushed strawberries about 1 qt
• 4 c sugar
• 1 box Sure-Jell fruit pectin
• 34 c water

Directions

1. Mix strawberries and sugar thoroughly set aside 10 minutes Stir Sure-Jell with water in pan
2. Bring to a boil stirring constantly
3. Boil 1 minute
4. Remove from heat
5. Stir mixtures together until sugar is completely dissolved and no longer grainy Pour into plastic containers
6. Cover
7. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours
8. Store in freezer
