Surprise Cheese Puffs
Ingredients
- 2 c grated cheese
- 12 c butter or margarine softened
- 1 c flour sifted
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp paprika
- 1 5 oz jar pimento stuffed olives
Directions
- Blend cheese with butter add flour salt and paprika
- Mix well
- Pat olives dry on paper towel
- Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive to cover
- At this point you can refrigerate or freeze puffs for up to 10 days
- They hold their shape better if frozen first
- Bake puffs on lightly greased cookie sheet in a 400 oven until lightly golden brown approximately 10 to 15 minutes
- Serve hot
