Surprise Meat Balls

Ingredients

• 12 lb ground beef
• 1 egg
• 14 c dry bread crumbs
• 3 Tbsp milk
• 18 tsp onion salt
• 18 tsp garlic salt
• 24 small stuffed green olives

Directions

1. Combine beef bread crumbs milk and seasonings
2. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture onto palm of hand
3. Flatten
4. Place an olive in center of meat
5. Mold meat around olive
6. Place 1 dozen on shallow baking dish
7. Cook in microwave oven 3 minutes
8. Insert a wooden toothpick into each meat ball before or after cooking time 3 minutes for 1 dozen
