Surprise Middle Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 13 c sugar
- dash of salt
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 c chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix cake as directed on package
- Beat together above ingredients except chocolate chips
- Stir in chips
- Drop heaping tablespoonful of cake mix into cupcake paper holders then add 1 teaspoon filling
- Top with 1 tablespoon cake mix
- Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
