Surprise Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 c milk
• 14 c oil
• 14 c sugar
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 2 c sifted plain flour

Directions

1. Sift flour
2. Beat eggs in 2 cup measuring cup with wire whisk Whisk
3. inmilk and oil Stir just until moistened Do not beat Fill
4. greased
5. and floured muffin pan 23 full For Surprise Muffins fill 12 full then drop 1 teaspoon of jelly or preserves in center Add more batter to make 23 full Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes
6. Makes 12 muffins
