Surprise Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c peanut butter plain or crunchy
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg

Directions

1. Mix ingredients together very well until you can handle with your hands
2. Roll into little balls press with fork dipped in flour
3. Bake about 10 minutes in 350 oven
4. These brown very fast on bottom so watch them closely
