Surprise Pie

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 stick oleo
• 1 c sugar
• 2 c milk
• 12 c chocolate chips or 1 c coconut
• 12 c flour

Directions

1. Place eggs oleo sugar and flour into blender at high speed for 1 minute Whether using chocolate chips or coconut add and blend a few seconds
2. Pour into greased pie plate Bake in preheated 350 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from center comes out clean
3. Pie forms its own crust
