Surprises

Ingredients

• ground sirloin
• 1 carrot
• onion slices
• 1 medium potato
• salt and pepper to taste
• all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Make a large patty for each person.
2. Place each patty separately in foil.
3. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce over meat; dash with salt and pepper.
4. Place slice of onion on top of meat.
5. Place sliced potato on top of onion.
6. Place sliced carrot around meat.
7. Sprinkle with all-purpose flour, seasoning and a little more sauce over vegetables.
8. Wrap tight in foil. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325°.
9. Serve hot.
