Ingredients

  • 6 1 12-inch thick pork chops
  • 1 12 c coarse dry bread crumbs
  • 1 c chopped apple
  • 4 Tbsp raisins
  • 34 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp minced onions
  • salt and pepper sage
  • 3 Tbsp margarine

Directions

  1. Cut pocket into pork chop
  2. Fill with mixture of all other ingredients
  3. Fasten closed with toothpicks
  4. Sprinkle with flour salt and pepper and paprika
  5. Brown
  6. Add 14 cup water cover and cook on low heat 1 12 hours
  7. Turn chops once
