Swedish Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 2 lb. dry pinto beans
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 to 2 lb. cooked hamburger
Directions
- Cook pinto beans for 2 1/2 hours, then drain.
- Add cooking oil, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, brown sugar, water and cornstarch.
- Mix together.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Stir in cooked hamburger.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
- Delicious with corn bread!
