Swedish Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 lb ground pork
- 12 c minced onions
- 34 c fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp minced parsley
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 12 c milk
- 18 tsp allspice
- 14 c hot fat
- 14 c flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 c boiling water
- 34 c cream
Directions
- Combine first 10 ingredients
- Shape into balls the size of a walnut
- Brown in hot fat
- Remove meat
- Stir flour paprika salt and pepper into fat
- Stir in boiling water and cream Return meat to gravy
- Cook 15 to 20 minutes
