Swedish Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 2 14 c milk
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 4 c corn flakes
  • butter
  • 1 c mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Mix beef onion salt pepper eggs and 1 14 cups milk
  2. Roll corn flakes into crumbs and add to first mixture
  3. Mix well and roll into balls
  4. Put in skillet and brown in a small amount of butter over low heat
  5. Add remaining milk and mushroom soup and simmer about 15 minutes
  6. Serve over rice or noodles
