Swedish Meat Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 c milk
- 12 c bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 34 c light cream
Directions
- Combine egg milk and bread crumbs and let stand for a few minutes
- Saute the onions until brown
- Combine all the other ingredients except the flour
- Shape into balls then sprinkle with the flour
- Brown in frypan then cover and cook for 35 minutes Serve with a gravy
