Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
- 12 c onions diced
- 2 lb ground beef
- 34 lb ground pork
- 1 c white bread crumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 Tbsp sugar important
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp allspice
- 1 c milk
Directions
- Fry onions in butter and set aside
- Mix ground beef ground pork bread crumbs and eggs
- Then add onions and the remainder of the ingredients
- Form into small balls and fry in butter for one hour
- If making smaller balls would take about half an hour Watch and do not burn
- Serves 8 to 10 people
