Swedish Nut Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 16 oz can crushed pineapple including juice
  • 12 c nuts chopped

Directions

  1. Mix together sugar and eggs
  2. Mix flour and soda together Add to sugar mixture
  3. Stir in pineapple nuts and vanilla
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 12-inch greased and floured pan
