Swedish Pan-Cake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple juice and all
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Beat eggs add sugar
- Beat together until well mixed
- Add remaining ingredients
- Pour in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or more
