Swedish Pan-Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple juice and all
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Beat eggs add sugar
  2. Beat together until well mixed
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Pour in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or more
