Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cube melted butter
- 2 c milk
- 12 c water
Directions
- Mix ingredients together
- Pour on hot griddle spreading out thinly in a circle
- Use thin spatula and loosen edges
- Turn over when batter begins to bubble
- Remove and serve
- Spread with butter and sugar or jelly
- They are like crepes
