Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c melted shortening
- 3 c milk
- 2 c flour
Directions
- Mix eggs salt and sugar thoroughly
- Add milk and stir
- Add shortening and mix
- Slowly add flour
- Cook as you would pancakes on a lightly greased griddle
- You may substitute brown sugar for the white sugar
- These are great with jam or syrup
- Roll them up if you wish
