Swedish Pineapple Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 c coconut
Directions
- Mix well and pour in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
