Swedish Pineapple Nut Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 c chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple undrained
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together with mixer
- Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes
