Sweet-N-Sour Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 Tbsp water
• 12 c vinegar
• 12 c sugar
• 14 c sherry wine
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce

1. Make paste of cornstarch and water
2. Combine with rest of ingredients bring to a boil
3. Stir until thick
