Sweet And Light Bread

Ingredients

• 2 12 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 3 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 Tbsp salad oil
• 1 14 c milk
• 1 egg

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Grease and flour loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3-inch
3. Measure all of the ingredients into large mixing bowl Beat on medium speed for 30 seconds
4. Pour into prepared pan Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted
5. Allow to cool
