Sweet And Sour Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz bottle Italian dressing
- 1 38 oz envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 10 oz jar apricot or guava preserves
- 3 to 5 lb chicken thighs
Directions
- Combine Italian dressing dry onion soup mix and apricot or guava preserves
- Pour over chicken thighs which have been placed in a large shallow baking dish
- Bake for 1 12 hours at 350 and baste occasionally with pan drippings
- Serve hot with rice and sweet and sour sauce
