Sweet And Sour Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 12 c ketchup
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 12 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb skinless chicken pieces or chunked
- 1 medium greenred bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 can water chestnuts drained
- 1 can chow mein noodles warmed
Directions
- Drain pineapple
- Reserve juice
- Combine juice ketchup vinegar brown sugar cornstarch and soy sauce
- Blend well
- Heat oil in wok or skillet
- Add chicken and stir-fry 3 minutes Remove chicken
- Add pepper and onion
- Stir-fry 3 minutes
- Add chestnuts and juice mixture
- Cook stirring until boils and thickens
- Add chicken and pineapple
- Heat through
- Serve over chow mein noodles
