Sweet And Sour Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz can pineapple chunks in own juice
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 half boneless chicken breasts skinned and cubed
  • 14 to 12 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 16 oz can cut green beans drained
  • 34 c sweet and sour sauce

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple reserve 14 cup juice
  2. In a wok or skillet heat oil over medium heat
  3. Add chicken cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally
  4. Season with salt and pepper if desired
  5. Stir in reserved juice and red pepper
  6. Reduce heat uncovered 2 minutes Add green beans pineapple and sauce
  7. Cover and cook until heated through
  8. Serve over hot cooked rice
  9. Makes 4 servings
