Sweet And Sour Ribs
Ingredients
- 3 lb pork ribs
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 c sugar
- 14 c vinegar
- 2 green peppers cut in strips
- 1 16 oz can pineapple chunks drained
- 13 c soy sauce
- 12 c pineapple juice
Directions
- On top of stove cover ribs with cold water
- Bring to boil simmer 10 minutes
- Drain and rinse in cold water
- Place in roasting pan
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Bake at 450 for 15 minutes until lightly browned
- Pour off fat
- Add pineapple chunks and peppers
- Bake for 10 minutes
