Sweet And Sour Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 small grated onion
• 13 c white vinegar
• 23 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
• 1 tsp celery seed
• 1 tsp salt
• dash of pepper
• 23 c salad oil I use 13 c

Directions

1. Put onion and vinegar in blender
2. Grate for a few seconds then add rest of ingredients and blend until well mixed
3. Makes 1 pint
