Sweet And Sour Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 34 c white vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp catsup
• 1 tsp garlic finely chopped

Directions

1. Mix together all ingredients in a heavy saucepan
2. Simmer until sugar melts and sauce has thickened a little
3. Serve with chicken or pork
