Sweet And Sour SlawTeacher Favorite
Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage shredded or thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper finely chopped
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c vinegar
- 34 c olive oil
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp mustard seed
Directions
- Combine shredded cabbage green pepper and onion in large bowl
- Sprinkle with sugar
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan
- Bring to a boil and pour over cabbage mixture Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 4 hours
- Toss just before serving
- Can keep up to two weeks
