Sweet And Sour Venison Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb venison stew meat cubed
  • 1 12 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 12 c beer
  • 1 lb carrots cut up
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 Tbsp horseradish
  • 2 tsp steak sauce
  • 12 tsp thyme
  • 12 tsp dill weed
  • 14 tsp allspice
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Directions

  1. Brown the venison cubes in the oil in a heavy skillet
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except parsley and cover
  3. Simmer for 2 12 hours
  4. Add water during simmering if needed
  5. Thicken with instant flour and serve over hot buttered noodles
