Sweet Apple Bucket
Ingredients
- 10 each Cortland Golden Delicious or McIntosh apples peeled cored and sliced 11 c
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 12 butter melted
- cinnamon
Directions
- Place sliced apples in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Combine flour sugar baking powder and salt
- Cut in egg with pastry blender until crumbly
- Sprinkle mixture over apples
- Pour melted butter over top then sprinkle lightly with cinnamon
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream
