Sweet Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 12 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 c shortening
- 1 egg
- 12 c milk
- 1 c blueberries
Directions
- Sift together flour sugar baking powder and salt
- Cut in with pastry blender the shortening egg and milk
- Add blueberries
- Drop batter into cupcake pan
- Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes
- Makes 12 muffins
