Sweet Chocolate Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 2 14 c all-purpose flour
• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 34 tsp cream of tartar
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 14 tsp cinnamon
• 1 c butter or margarine at room temperature
• 34 c milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 eggs
• 4 oz sweet chocolate melted and cooled
• sifted confectioners sugar
• Chocolate Glaze
• 12 c coconut shavings

Directions

1. Mix flour with sugar salt cream of tartar soda and cinnamon
2. Cream butter until softened
3. Add flour mixture milk and vanilla Mix until all flour is moistened then beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer scraping bowl occasionally Add eggs and chocolate
4. Beat 1 minute longer
