Sweet Cinnamon Bread
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c buttermilk
- 13 c vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp butter softened
Directions
- Mix first 8 ingredients together
- Beat 3 minutes at medium speed
- Grease and flour the bottom only of a 9 x 3-inch loaf pan Pour batter into pan
