Sweet N Sour Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
• Pam
• 1 jar apricot preserves
• 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
• 1 8 oz bottle Red Russian dressing

Directions

1. Spray 9 x 13-inch glass pan with Pam
2. Mix soup mix Red Russian dressing and apricot preserves well
3. Bone chicken place in pan
4. Pour the soup apricot preserves and dressing mixed over chicken
5. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to a hour Enjoy
