Sweet N Sour Stew

Ingredients

• flour
• salt and pepper
• 1 c water
• 12 c ketchup
• 14 c brown sugar
• 14 c vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 c chopped onion
• 1 lb beef cubes
• 1 c sliced carrots

Directions

1. Brown meat after coating with flour salt and pepper in hot oil
2. Add liquid to meat
3. Add chopped onion
4. Cover and cook 45 minutes
5. Add carrots
6. Cook until tender
