Sweet Nut Braid

Ingredients
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 12 c warm water
- 13 c butter
- 13 c sugar
- 2 12 tsp salt
- 1 c scalded milk
- 2 unbeaten eggs
- 5 to 5 12 c flour
- 14 c butter
- 1 12 c confectioners sugar
- 1 12 tsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 1 c nuts chopped
Directions
- Soften yeast in water
- Combine 13 cup butter sugar salt and milk
- Stir to melt butter
- Cool to lukewarm
- Stir in eggs and yeast
- Gradually add flour to form stiff dough
- Knead 5 to 8 minutes
- Cover let rise about 1 12 hours
