Sweet Onion Corn Bake

Ingredients

• 2 large Vidalia or sweet onions thinly sliced
• 12 c butter or margarine
• 1 c 8 oz sour cream
• 12 c milk
• 12 tsp dill weed
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 c 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese divided
• 1 egg lightly beaten
• 1 14 34 oz can cream-style corn
• 1 8 12 oz pkg corn breadmuffin mix
• 4 drops hot pepper sauce

Directions

1. In a large skillet saute onions in butter until tender In a small bowl combine the sour cream milk dill and salt until blended Stir in 1 cup of cheese Stir into the onion mixture remove from the heat and set aside
