Sweet Onion Corn Bread

Ingredients

• 12 c chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 1 pkg corn bread mix
• 12 c sour cream
• 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Cook onion in butter until tender and clear
2. Prepare mix according to package directions
3. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan
4. Sprinkle with cooked onion
5. Mix sour cream and cheese spoon over the top
6. Bake in hot 400 oven for 25 minutes or until done
7. Let stand a few minutes before cutting
