Sweet Onion Pie

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp butter
• 3 c onion sweet
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1 14 c milk
• 2 eggs
• 12 Tbsp salt
• pepper to taste
• 12 lb sharp cheddar cheese grated
• 1 pie shell

Directions

1. Saute onion in butter until soft
2. Mix flour with cold milk until there are no lumps
3. Add eggs salt pepper and cheese
4. Add onion and mix well
5. Pour into pie shell and bake for 40 minutes until brown bake at 350 degrees
