Sweet Pastry Crust

Ingredients
- 12 c butter cut into small pieces and chilled
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 14 c flour
Directions
- In a large bowl beat butter with sugar egg yolks and dash of salt until blended
- Sift 14 flour into bowl beat add 1 teaspoon ice water
- Repeat with remaining flour and 12 to 2 teaspoons water only enough to hold pastry together
- Form into ball Refrigerate at least 1 hour before rolling out
