Sweet Pickle Beets
Ingredients
- 3 c vinegar
- 1 Tbsp spice pickling
- 2 c plus 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 12 c water
Directions
- Wash and cook beets until they are tender and dice them
- Put sugar vinegar spice and water in pot and beets
- Cook about 10 minutes and then put in jars and seal
