Sweet Pickled Banana Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 c white vinegar
- 1 c sugar
- 12 tsp mustard seed
- 1 c water
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp mixed spices
Directions
- Cut peppers in half
- Remove seeds and soak in ice water for 3 hours then drain
- Make a syrup of the ingredients listed and bring to a boil
- Pour boiling syrup over peppers that have been packed into clean sterilized jars
- Seal at once
